What to do if your Hydro doesn't lock the rear tires:
-
Make sure you have fresh rotors, if using used rotors get them turned
-
Verify that the pads are sitting flush
-
Verify that the caliper brackets are flush and true
-
Verify that the pad can slide freely on the caliper brackets
-
Make sure the system is properly bled (Vacuum bleeding may help)
-
Make sure the pads and rotors are broken in
-
Double Pumping may be necessary
-
A 2lb residual valve can help
-
Performance pads, and dual piston calipers work best!
-
Changing the hydro location has fixed the issue for some members!
